Lawyer Katja Wörmer is the main defence lawyer in the trial of Dr Reiner Füllmich, who was sentenced to 3 years and 9 months in prison for commercial embezzlement by the Göttingen Regional Court on 24 April 2025. In addition, Füllmich was not credited with 5 months of pre-trial detention, which is why we can also speak of a prison sentence of 4 years and 2 months.
